A modern approach to healing, rooted in experience, intention,
and lasting results.

Our Philosophy

At Cell Gen Therapeutics, we believe great care starts with understanding the whole person—not just symptoms.

Our approach blends clinical experience with modern regenerative therapies to support recovery, movement, and long-term health.

We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all care.
We believe in creating a clear, supportive path—from pain relief to strength, mobility, and prevention.

Every treatment is designed to work with your body’s natural ability to heal, adapt, and perform.

What We Believe

We believe care should be:

  • Patient-centered and unhurried

  • Focused on root cause—not just symptoms

  • Progressive, not reactive

  • Supportive of both recovery and performance

This philosophy guides every visit and every recommendation we make.

Our Team

Keith Yablonicky, M.D.

Dr. Keith Yablonicky is a co-founder of Cell Gen Therapeutics, bringing a unique blend of clinical experience, service, and a deep passion for helping people feel and function at their best.

His background spans emergency medicine, urgent care, and military service as a Navy Flight Surgeon—including a wartime deployment to Iraq. These experiences shaped his ability to think quickly, treat the body as a whole, and prioritize care that is both effective and intentional.

Over time, Dr. Yablonicky developed a strong interest in preventative health and regenerative therapies—focusing not just on treating symptoms, but improving how the body heals, recovers, and performs.

At Cell Gen Therapeutics in Solana Beach, his approach bridges traditional medicine with modern, non-invasive treatments, helping patients take a more proactive and personalized role in their health.

He is especially passionate about helping patients move beyond reactive care and into a more sustainable, performance-driven approach to health and wellness.

Medical Director

Corey Lichtman, D.C.

Dr. Corey Lichtman brings over 23 years of clinical experience helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. As a rehabilitation and sports-focused chiropractor, his approach has always centered on improving function, mobility, flexibility, and long-term performance—not just temporary symptom relief.

Through years of hands-on patient care, Dr. Lichtman recognized that many individuals could benefit from advanced therapies designed to support healing at a deeper level. This vision led to the integration of regenerative medicine services at CellGen, expanding treatment options beyond traditional musculoskeletal care.

Today, under the medical direction of Dr. Yablonicky and in collaboration with a skilled nursing team, Dr. Lichtman is proud to offer patients access to advanced wellness and regenerative therapies including PRP treatments, therapeutic peptides, IV nutrient support, red light bed therapy, oxygen flow therapy, and other modern biologic-support services designed to enhance recovery and optimize overall health. His goal remains the same as it has been throughout his career: to provide patients with the most effective tools available to help them heal faster, move better, and live healthier lives.

What Sets Us Apart

A Root-Cause, Not Symptom-Based Approach

We don’t chase symptoms—we focus on why they’re happening. By addressing the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction, we help create more meaningful, long-term results.

Advanced Therapies, Thoughtfully Combined

Our regenerative therapies are not used in isolation. We strategically combine treatments like red light therapy, shockwave, PEMF, and laser therapy to support how your body heals best.

Personalized Care That Evolves With You

No two bodies—or recovery paths—are the same. Every plan is tailored to your goals and adjusted over time to support progress, performance, and long-term health.
